Whether for career advice, inspiration, motivation, or moral support, many nonprofit professionals say they’d like a mentor or accountability partner. Sometimes it just takes a connection with an invested human to push toward progress.

But mentoring relationships can be hard to initiate. Peer support can be hard to ask for. The StrategyCar pairing project is a response to these challenges. The goal is to facilitate mutually beneficial connections between professionals who can learn from each other.

Matches are identified by a human based on information submitted by participants. The first step is completing the discovery survey.
